Kitty Preziosi has been elected to serve as Impact Broward’s Advisory Council Chair. She has over 30 years of successful experience as a company team leader as well as a senior leadership, organization and team consultant, trainer and coach. She is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and moved in south Florida in 1993. In 1996, she and her husband, Dr. Bob Preziosi of NSU, formed Preziosi Partners, Inc., which has provided services in team management, process management, problem solving, performance management, key business indicators, values, strategic planning and managing change. She is proud that her success has come from over 25 years of “rolling up her sleeves and getting it done.” In 2015, she founded Boomer BreakThrough™, dedicated to helping Baby Boomers focus on making an impact, building purpose, and creating a legacy. She continues as an advocate for Positive Aging. She is proud that in 2000 she founded a community holiday parade that is now in its 18th year, with her leading that project once again. In addition to her devotion to Impact Broward, she is Vice President of the Board of the Circle of Friends, Alvin Sherman Library at Nova Southeastern University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree from University of Alabama in Birmingham.
